Our commitments
We work in communities that have trusted us with their land. That trust shapes how we plan every phase of work.
Community engagement
We consult Munduru Village leadership and Baruten LGA stakeholders at every stage of the programme. Community benefit agreements are a core operating commitment.
Health and safety
All field work follows the Nigerian Minerals and Mining (Health, Safety and Environment) Regulations. A qualified HSE officer is required for every on-site phase.
Environment
We choose geochemical and physical exploration methods that keep surface disturbance low. An environmental and community baseline assessment is planned before any drilling.
Regulatory compliance
We comply with the Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act 2007, CAMA, CAC, NOTAP and MCO requirements, with Nigerian-qualified advisers overseeing in-country work.
