A company built for the energy transition
RCF Commodities Trading Co. International Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation and the parent company of RCF Commodities Trading Co. International Limited (RC: 1428794), its Nigerian operating subsidiary. We explore, develop and plan to commercialise critical mineral assets in Nigeria, starting with LCT pegmatite in the Kwara Lithium Corridor.
With a US office in Denver, Colorado and field operations in Nigeria, we connect international partners with a frontier geological opportunity.
The company is founded and led by David Omafume Okoro, who has nearly a decade of West African base-metal and hard-rock minerals trading experience across Niger and Kwara States.
